With hundreds of external employees working over multiple sites, the organisation needed something in place to provide structure and a standard process to improve the manual upkeep of their previous process of punch hole cards and spreadsheets to manage contractor induction compliance. To ensure compliance and security, Sibelco needed a more efficient and effective process to manage inductions and capture information while contractors and visitors arrived on site.
Target have delivered their Verature Contractor Compliance System to help the team organise, manage and improve health and safety procedures to the multiple sites around the UK. The Verature system at Sibelco is providing the most efficient, cost effective and convenient way of managing contractor inductions.

With hundreds of internal and external employees working over six sites, the organisation needed something in place to provide structure and a standard process to improve the ad hoc site control they were previously carrying out. To ensure compliance and security, Appleyard Lees needed a more efficient and effective process to reduce any health and safety risks while visitors and contractors were on site.
Target delivered their Verature Visitor Management System to help the firm organise, control and secure access to multiple premises around the UK.
The Verature system at Appleyard Lees is providing the most efficient, cost effective and convenient way of monitoring access to sites, by managing visitors and contractors by authorisation profiles and recording and reporting access.
The Kiosk functionality within the Verature Visitor Management System enables the staff, visitors and contractors sign on and off site simply and easily, using QR codes. While the online Fire Register continuously keeps track of the multiple staff over the six sites simultaneously, effectively helping the organisation be ready for any situation.
With further development to Target’s Verature system, Appleyard Lees are now able to track Lone Worker situations, with a full escalation process. The Verature System is enabling Lone Workers to log out remotely and if they have not signed off site, a text and email will be issued to an emergency contact to escalate a healthy and safety check on the Worker.

The NCC is helping to make the composites industry even more economically competitive and environment responsible. Their mission is to accelerate the growth of UK industrial output by enabling design and manufacturing enterprises to deliver winning solutions in the application of composites.
Target Information Systems are working with NCC to deliver a new system to manage visitors and contractors booking site tours, and ultimately manage inductions and health and safety questionnaires. NCC knew they needed to put a system in place to better manage visitors on site. To reduce administration time on site, Target have delivered their Verature Visitor Management system to help the business organise, control and secure their visitor and contractor management procedures.
NCC wanted a system that could grow with the company as they gathered additional requirements; taking on a phased step approach to ensure things weren’t missed in their processes. Through their phased step approach the organisation has managed to gain sequential numbering of permits and have the ability to search contractors to understand when they have been on site, what risk assessments have been provided and which permits have been issued.
The Verature system at NCC is providing a secure, convenient, flexible and a cost-effective way of controlling tours and access to site, all while having easy access to an online site fire register.
Wellcome Trust are a charitable foundation that it is both politically and financially independent, existing to improve health for everyone by helping great ideas to thrive. Supporting scientists and researchers; Wellcome take on big problems, fuel imaginations and sparks debate.
To manage contractors onsite, the organisation were working with a system that had become unsupported and failed to meet the needs of the team when the system could no longer be configured. Wellcome were looking for a new system that could be tailored to their requirements and help standardise their process to manage contractors coming on to site.

Ornua – The Home of Irish Dairy, is an agri-food commercial co-operative which markets and sells dairy products on behalf of its members, Ireland’s dairy processors and in turn the Irish dairy farmer. Ornua has been present in the UK for over 50 years and today is one of the leading suppliers of dairy products in the UK.
The business was very dependent on paper processes across their site in regards to their contractor management and authorisation of work permits. Ornua Foods were keen to explore a solution to remove their paper-based process and change how they manage contractors and visitors attending site.

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) is the largest bottling plant in Europe, which is situated in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The 45 acre site produces over 100 million cases of pop every year and employs approximately 500 people.
Target Information Systems have worked with CCEP since 2010 after being approached with a new project towards delivering complete compliance at Wakefield Operations with additional and innovative business management systems.
With literally thousands of different pieces of equipment, which require some element of inspection, maintenance and calibration & tens of thousands of visitors and contractors on site each year, which need to be managed in a more efficient and effective way to ensure compliance and security, as well as reduce any health and safety risks.
Target have continued to work with CCEP and have now developed the Verature Access Control system to help the business organise, control and secure access to the premises. To manage contractors onsite, the business was working in separate spreadsheets to manage contractors and the compliance around events on the estate.
